A good week

A good life is made up of what you do every day. And because you can’t do everything you want every day*, you can make a good life by creating good weeks. Choose five to twelve things that make you feel alive, engaged, content, and connected. At the end of the week, rate your participation in each and tweak your next week to bring it closer to five. This helps create a life you want to live and who you want to be. Rinse and repeat as needed.

*unless you’re a billionaire but even then annoying smatterings of ethics, slithers of democracy, and the laws of physics get in the way
